✹ PETS: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please monitor pets that play in the creek and not allow them to immediately return inside the home. We ask that you dry off your pet and/or clean them to an appropriate measure prior to re-entering our home. Please clean up after them and help us keep the space tidy for all guests.

✹ NO SMOKING: Please refrain from any smoking, of any type (cigarettes, vapes, etc.), in or around our home. This includes near doorways and the deck.

Other Things to Note:
~ Important Creek Access Disclaimer ~
Guests that wish to enjoy the beauty of the creek from a closer point of view must use caution. Accessing the creek involves walking over natural rock formation. Please access the creek from the rear of the attached living space walking the wood line to the base of the creek. The area is rugged, uneven, and can become extremely slippery when wet or covered in moss. Serious injury is possible if caution is not exercised.
• Use at Your Own Risk: Entering the creek, climbing on the rocks, or swimming is solely at your own risk. The property owner and management are not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur.
• Supervise Children: Children must be closely supervised at all times! The rocks are not safe for unsupervised play.
• Wear Proper Footwear: Sturdy water shoes or non-slip footwear are highly recommended when navigating the rocks.
• Weather & Water Levels: Avoid accessing the creek after heavy rain or when water levels are high, as currents and slick surfaces can make the area dangerous.
• Stay Alert: Take your time, use both hands for balance when possible, and avoid carrying heavy items down to the creek.
