With its cozy beach shell décor, modern comforts, & sweeping Gulf views, this condo blends relaxation & coastal elegance for your perfect beach getaway.
Step into the living room, where a plush couch & loveseat invite you to kick back & enjoy the large flat-screen TV mounted above a classic entertainment center to include a DVD player & movies. A wall-length mirror adds light & depth to the space, while shell-themed décor sets a calming seaside tone. Sliding glass doors lead out to your private balcony, where you'll find a sun lounger with a drink table, two Adirondack chairs with a side table, & two tall cushioned Adirondack chairs—the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or catch the sunset over the Gulf.
The fully equipped kitchen features dark wood cabinets, all stainless-steel appliances, & everything you need for home-style meals. The breakfast bar seats three, while the adjacent dining area seats four beneath a unique stringed chandelier that adds a creative touch to your mealtime ambiance.
The Primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with balcony access, a new plush king bed with shell-themed bedding, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, & a spacious dresser. You'll also enjoy a work desk station, large closet, & a luxurious en suite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a tub/shower combo, ample counter space, make-up mirror, & hairdryer.
The second bedroom is nautical-themed, offering a cozy queen bed, conch shell lamps, anchor wall art, & shell-print bedding & area rug. A large flat-screen TV sits atop the dresser, perfect for winding down after a day in the sun.
The third bedroom, while without a closet, offers privacy & comfort with a full-size bed, a cozy chair, & a wall-mounted TV. Decorated with turtle & shell wall accents, it also includes shell-print bedding & area rug—continuing the beachy feel throughout the unit.
The hall guest bathroom is bright, spacious, & features a shower/tub combo & palm-themed decor, adding a tropical flair.
