- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
With the rise in fraudulent bookings, stolen identifications, we have had to implement these extra measures to screen out and validate all guests similar to that of any hotel to ensure we can screen out fraudulent activity.

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :
* Smoking / vaping in the home = $300
* Unapproved pets= $300
* Late checkout = $100
* Hot tub refilling = $250
* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500
* Lost garage opener = $100
**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.
