*Private & clean second floor large apartment in the heart of Carolina Beach. My husband and I love living here on the island and love sharing our favorite local spots in a welcome guidebook provided to our guests.

*There are 2 comfortable Queen beds all with new highly rated 12" Zinus memory foam mattresses.

*Full Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge plus well stocked: Dishes, utensils, drip coffee pot with coffee/creamer, toaster, microwave; everything you’ll need to relax and enjoy your vacation.

*65" 4k Roku TV (Disney+, ESPN+, & Hulu provided) in the living room and 43" Roku TVs in each bedroom.

*High-Speed Wifi (301 MBPS).

*4 beach chairs provided.

*Outdoor space for relaxing after a day at the beach or surf session including picnic table with lighted umbrella, comfortable outdoor seating, and back deck with grill and additional seating area.

*There is also a dedicated workspace with a full-sized desk & desk chair.

*Bed linens and bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, paper towels, and coffee/tea.

However, if you are staying longer than a couple of nights, please plan to bring extra supplies.

*We have parking available for 2 cars (stacked behind each other) on the paved driveway for the Shore House property.
*Easy check-in with a digital code unique to you.


Additional Rules:
*No Smoking. A $200 fee will be charged for deodorization if anything is smoked inside.

*Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not usually available due to our cleaners' schedule, but if the unit is ready, we can let you know. Sorry, no early arrival or late departure parking, unless you contact us in advance and we are able to accommodate your request.

*Parking is available for 2 cars (stacked behind each other) in the paved driveway only.

*Visitors must be approved by host.

*Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping the noise volume low and by not walking through neighbors’ yards.

*Do not burn incense or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove during a quick turnover and the next guests may have sensitivities to smells.
