Waterfront Villa, 2 Beaches, Snorkeling, Private Pool, & Spectacular Views

Bright and modernistic, Limin' da Coconut is an 8,000 square foot architecturally stunning 5-bedroom villa - with an apartment which includes another bedroom, a living area that converts to a twin bedroom, en suite and its own kitchenette. The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests!

There is nothing that separates Limin' da Coconut from the beautiful Caribbean sea - ensuring complete privacy for guests, unencumbered views of the surrounding islands and a constant cooling breeze. The views are panoramic and spectacular and you can avail of both the sunrise and the sunset from your private balconies or from the tower.

Uniquely, we have a sandy beach directly in front of the villa, as well as a beach behind the villa. Swimming, kayaking or snorkeling are literally at your door step. You can choose to snorkel along our reef, or explore the beautiful coral and fish that have built a home in a sunken boat a few yards from our beach.

Limin' da Coconut also has a beautiful pool where you can float and swim, or just sunbathe and relax in the sun while enjoying the trade winds.

The side garden offers a large grassed area with an oversized hammock where you can swing or doze, as well as a patio that is perfect for evening cocktails.

To ensure you enjoy your vacation with us, villa staff will come to clean the villa daily, while our villa manager will provide concierge services - all free of charge!

Limin' da Coconut features four uniquely themed Master King bedrooms that are all ensuite. Bedrooms are accessed through walkways and bridges allowing guests an indoor-outdoor living experience. Each of the King Suites also have their own private balcony with equally spectacular views!! The villa has a fifth bedroom with two twin beds that convert to a King. Located on the ground floor, and without access to a private balcony, it is perfect for children. We also have an independent apartment that includes a kitchenette, living area and a 6th bedroom with its own bathroom. Please note that his apartment is an added cost.

Limin' da Coconut Villa is the ultimate location for relaxation, entertainment and privacy. While private, it is also well-located for easy access to all the restaurants, beach bars, beaches, hotels and spas and the many other amenities that Anguilla has to offer.

Nice property with everything needed for our family of 12. Great view! Snorkeling in front of villa. Great staff and property manager. Only issue was some bugs with a Northeast wind (bring/get bug spray). Not ideal for toddlers.

The Limin da Coconut did not disappoint. It was a wonderful family vacation and there was plenty of room for everyone. The main room and pool area are very inviting as promised. It was a lovely vacation and Anguilla is a special place.

Amazing Limin Da Coconut!!

This property and house is WONDERFUL and the pictures do not do it justice!! It's an incredible layout we loved the open air courtyard in the middle of the house and the beautiful layout and bedrooms and spacious areas. The pool was wonderful, the staff Incredible!! Wonderful everything!!

Best spot for your family!

We stayed at limin da coconut as a group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) for 7 days and I can’t imagine a better spot. The rooms were clean and generous in size and the living areas were spacious and all had gorgeous views. Even inside the house you are outside. The pool is perfect for school age kids and was a huge highlight. The location was quiet (a good thing) and the breeze kept it cool and kept the bugs to a minimum.

Family time for r&r

The property is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and you do need to drive to the local stores no stores or restaurants in walking distance , but everything is so close. The pool was used consistently and very family friendly. As long as the wind is blowing no worries about the biting bugs (mosquitos/ no-seeums) however during our week stay we only had one day with no breeze and the property managers provided a fan which helped keep all away— there is a washer and dryer on site however we didn’t have access, instead when the house managers came they would handle all the laundry— our family enjoyed the hammocks, pool, beach, watching the iguanas on the rocks, massages twice during our week and couldn’t have been more pleased to have the ability to unwind and relax. We did go out to a few dinners but the kids all preferred when we cooked at home so they could have more pool time. 😀

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this house. It is truly an amazing house. The short road to get to the house is a dirt road with rocks so you have to go slow, but once you get there is is great. Each room is very nice with a great view. The only problem we had is that there was seaweed all over the beach next to the house and we could not utilize it at all. This was a bit of a headache also with the smell from the seaweed. But, everything else at this house was fabulous. The cleaning crew and management were on top of everything. We also had a chef come in that was recommended by the management team and they were AMAZING!! Highly recommend the Chef. All in all it was a great vacation - we just wish we could have utilized the beach and not have the seaweed.

Grant, Thank you so much for that lovely review!! It’s so unfortunate about the Sargassum Seaweed. It’s just the time of year and a case of which way the wind and currents are running. There are years where we don’t get much seaweed at all and other years, like this one, that can be quite bad. I’m so sorry it corresponded with your stay. Having said that, I’m thrilled you loved the villa! Perhaps you can return soon during a time where the sargassum isn’t in the Caribbean! Thank you for staying with us!

Beautiful home - perfect for 9 friends

This house is right on the ocean, with beautiful views all around. Each spacious bedroom has its own private bathroom and all the rooms are tastefully decorated. We stayed in the "balinese" room. All the 4 master bedrooms had their own private balcony. Every bedroom had its own key. Every day, the housekeepers cleaned our rooms. There are several living spaces in the house, so one group could watch TV, another could visit and talk, another could sit and read. A few of us practiced yoga in the open courtyard in the middle of the house while listening to the waves of the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and the big natural wood table seats 10 or so. Several could work in the kitchen at one time. The back yard has the pool, small beach and hammock. We used the pool floaties, kayaks and some went snorkeling. We spent many hours in the back. The upper level of the house is great for stargazing. The level is above all of the bedrooms. Several of us could lay down at once and look up to see the stars. Some saw shooting stars. The house managers were ready to help with every little and big thing. One of us lost their passport in the taxi on the way to the house and they helped us locate it and delivered it to the house. The house is situated so that if you want an ocean breeze it's there for the taking and if you don't, you can find that too. Thank you to Michelle, Barbara, Nidia and Angie.
