Ma maison a tout! 180 pieds de front de mer, eau profonde (10 pieds à la fin de la jetée), jouets aquatiques, engins de pêche, île flottante de 6 personnes ancrée au large de la jetée (saison de baignade), porche 12X30, terrasse 12X65 avec vue sur le lac, aire de jeux pour enfants, Grande zone de plage avec hamac et chaises de plage, deux ensembles de planches de cornhole et une plage séparée avec filet de volley-ball / badminton et équipement de jeu.

7 chambres (2 avec lit Queen, 2 avec lits superposés lits superposés sur lit complet, 3 avec lit complet), 3 salles de bain complètes (chambre principale a salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi pour deux personnes et walk-in), grande salle à manger table avec des sièges pour jusqu'à 16, WIFI, 200 chaînes câblées sur cinq téléviseurs plus ROKU sur quatre téléviseurs, deux espaces de vie (salon avec grande section et 55 "TV avec lecteur DVD à l'étage et salle de cinéma en bas avec home cinéma, TV, Roku, jeu Wii système, foyer au bois et porte coulissante en verre à la terrasse et à la jetée extérieures.) 3 Chambres à coucher ont leur propre TV.

Deux chambres d'amis en bas ont une table de billard, table de ping-pong, table de hockey sur air, sac de boxe lourd, jeux de société, jouets, livres pour enfants et adultes ... la liste s'allonge encore et encore !!!

Une chaloupe à rames dans fournis pour votre usage. Il y a une île privée à seulement cinq minutes de route que les enfants adoreront explorer!

A Yearly Tradition

We have stayed at this house for many years in a row. It works well with the number of bedrooms and the size of our family. There are many things that the grandchildren like to on the lake and games, etc. in the house. It is always a highlight of the year!

We have stayed here quite a few years running in the fall. The grandchildren have a great time with the Wii, kayaks, etc. We always enjoy our weekend here.

Unsatisfactory

Terribly disappointed. Very dirty, pet hair everywhere, dirt on floors, etc. Kitchen counters not cleaned off. Not enough linens for us. The list goes on. For what we were charged for cleaning, not worth it. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Family vacation

The property was as described, photos a bit deceiving with regards to proximity of neighboring homes in the cul de sac, as well as the two lane highway across the lake and subsequent road noise. The layout of the home was perfect for our extended family. The owner was quickly responsive from rental to checkout. We enjoyed our family get together and were very appreciative of being allowed to include multiple family dogs without breed/weight restrictions often found with many VRBO property rentals.

Couples Get-A-Way

This was not our first time staying at this home. It is absolutely perfect for our friend group. Enough seating for everyone. Open floor plan so we are all together. The best is the dining table that seats 14. We all ate together and played games together. Daniel was very accommodating and great to work with! We love this house so much that my family also stays here at other times.

Lake House Getaway

My family loved our stay at this lake house! Plenty of space for everyone and the amenities exceeded expectation. The view from the house was delightful! We enjoyed kayaking, lounging on the pier and grilling our dinner on the large deck, then eating as a family around the spacious dining table. The well-stocked kitchen was a plus. We also had a great time in the game room. The owner was very responsive to questions and I’m thankful he shared his fantastic lake home with us!

Another Great Weekend

I book this house every fall for a weekend for my husband, children and grandchildren. This year it rained most of Saturday, but between the ping pong, pool table, Wi, air hockey, games, etc. everybody stayed happy! We are a large family, so the 7 bedrooms is wonderful. Also, the large dining room table! I don't believe there was anything that we had to run out to get because it wasn't there. A great place to stay.

Enjoyed our time there

Spacious with nice size bedrooms. Great swimming, floating, and kayaking. The grandkids loved the sand. Nice deep water for jumping and diving. Short drive to get to stores. All of us fit comfortably around the dining room table. We had 16 people and we could have used more forks and spoons. Cleaning crew needs to dust fan and beams in the LR. Could also use some plastic or unbreakable cups for kids.

great place to vacation with your family

We all enjoyed your spacious home and new deck on the water. There is so much to enjoy in and out. It is obvious you careabout your renters. The mornings were SO beautiful and peaceful. We all ate at that huge table which was a wonderful plus. You thought of everything to make a vacation full of happy memories.I hope we are able to visit again.Thank you many times over. Beautiful Home for our Family Vacation

We can't say enough about the joy your home and property brought to our family this week! From the massive dining table this fit all 14 of us with ease to all of the outside "toys" at our private dock! We enjoyed everything - the kayaks, paddle board and the floats. We also loved fishing off the dock - caught countless sunnies a few small bass and 4 nice catfish. We rented a pontoon boat for 2 days and had no problem mooring it at the home. What a blast! For a bunch of "beach combers", we are all now looking forward to our next lakeside vacay! Thanks so much!

My family of 12 decided to take a vacation together for our Christmas this year and even though the weather was not ideal the house was large enough where we could all spread out and have privacy but at the same time the main living area could handle all of us together watching movies!! I would of loved to use the outside too but maybe next time because we will be back! Thank you Daniel

Gaston vacation home

Inside was nice. Potential to be great. Cobwebs, dirty oven. Outside very thick cobwebs. Both decks and front porch needed a good sweeping, sand dirt twigs cobwebs. There are lots of trees though so I could see some but I think it was more as if it hadn’t been swept in a while. Downstairs toy room a nice plus for littles. Never used the side screened porch, or the decks didn’t come on vacation to clean someone else’s rental house. Lost a bedroom for the last 2 nights due to a bed breaking which had previously been glued back together. That was when we got a “wow” reply and communication stopped, it had been awesome till then. We still had a good time, kids loved the pier/deck at the water they went around clearing spider webs because there Nana was upset about them. But we all enjoyed the water, brought our jet skis and rented a pontoon so it was a great time. Bothers me the house was not wiped for the webs and 2 nights paying for 7 bedrooms I only had 6.

New Years' Weekend at the Lake

Our children and their families enjoyed a fun weekend together. The house flowed very well with room for the children to play and room for the adults to visit. The kitchen was large enough for several "cooks" to work together. The dishwasher's upper shelf was broken, but still functional and the corner molding on the end of the counter was loose. The dining table seated all of us very comfortably. It was an off season weekend, December 29th through January 1st, and temperatures were below freezing. Although we paid for linens, some of the towels smelled moldy and blankets were not available. We were never able to get the house to feel warm, so most of us were cold the entire time. Late at night, a full moon shone through the upper window of the vaulted living room. And the lake views were lovely. We would enjoy a summer stay when the outside amenities could better be enjoyed and the weather would be warmer.

The More The Misleading

This house was a big disappointment. As soon as my wife and I entered the front door we realized we had made a big mistake. It was obvious the house had not been cleaned in spite of what we had been told. The floors had not been swept, there were dead bugs, cobwebs, beds were not made, etc. I fully understand that this house may have been lived in by a large number of renters, and I can accept those problems associated with normal wear and tear, but my complaints have nothing to do with wear and tear. The place was a mess and we expected and deserved more. The house has a red couch and love seat in the living room that is so filthy we refused to sit on it. In fact we refused to spend even one night in that house, at the risk of losing the money we paid to stay there. What was planned as a pleasureable experience turned out to be nothing less than a big disappointment. I would not recommend.

Overall, property was perfect for our needs, loved it, - but two years in a row we ran into issues

Year 1 - Washing machine didn't work. Having a week stay, we planned on doing laundry, but couldn't. Also, we did not have enough linens. Missing linens for queen beds, only had twin size bed linens. Had to go into town to real estate agent and get more linens. Year 2 - Washing machine was fixed and this year we had plenty of linens, but now the septic tank backed up into downstairs bathtub and toilet. We had human waste in the tub for TWO days. When I called the owner, his response was that I should go into town and purchase some industrial-strength Drano. After this did not work, he sent a crew to empty the septic tank (it was full and long over due). After this, the tub and toilet drained, but left terrible residue. Owner then sent a cleaning crew to clean the tub and toilet with bleach, but by this time the women of the house refused to use this bathroom. So this seven bedroom home really had only two useable bathrooms. When I asked the owner for a partial refund for the two days we had to put up with this inconvenience, his response was total silence. It is a shame because I liked the house. It was perfect for our needs and had plenty of space for our 4 small grandchildren to play and not bother the adults. Nice dock area for swimming. Nice deck over looking the lake.
