Our stay at Casa Koch was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The space is well maintained and thoughtfully set up, making it feel like a home away from home.We truly had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The house was tremendously beautiful. The view was stunning. It was laid out in such a way that our teenage kids had some space, we had space, and we all had a central place to gather. We hope to be back soon.

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the view is amazing. Nothing beats waking up in the morning, watching the whales breaching and playing as they migrate out of Baja up north. The sunrise was out of this world. The house is excellent; every room is well-equipped and comfortable, and the common areas are tastefully decorated and offer views in every corner. The pool was great, and the hot tub was well-heated and cared for weekly. The caretakers are kind and extremely helpful. We had a great experience. I would go back in a heartbeat. Keep in mind the town is developing, so you might want to do your shopping before heading to La Ribeira. Thank you for sharing your house with us ♥️

I rarely write reviews and am somewhat reluctant because I don't want the secret to be out on Casa Koch. That said, this house is absolutely amazing and Gina and Greg are hands down the best hosts. Everything about the house was perfect and the amenities were above and beyond. The beach is one of the best in the east cape and La Ribera offers a very chill and local vibe away from all the Gringo craziness. I have stayed in many rentals over the years in Baja and this is by far one of the best. Thank you Gina, Greg and Ramon for all the hospitality and for making this is a very special and memorable Christmas vacation. until next year ! The Baczko and Andrews clan

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO, it truly exceeded every expectation we had. Traveling with three generations, from age 10 to 78, it can be hard to find a place that works for everyone, but this property absolutely delivered.The home itself has everything you could possibly need. It’s so well thought out and equipped that you hardly need to reach out for anything. That said, Greg, Gina, and Ramon were fantastic, responsive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful when needed.The location is hard to beat. Being so close to the water made a huge difference, and the ocean was calm and swimmable for all ages, which gave everyone the chance to enjoy it safely. The pool and bar area were a highlight of the trip, we spent so much time there together, relaxing, laughing, and just enjoying being with family.One of the things we appreciated most was the balance of sun and shade throughout the day. Whether you wanted to lounge in the sun or cool off in the shade, there was always a comfortable spot. Everything was spotless and clearly very well maintained.We rented an ATV to get around, and honestly, that was all we needed for the entire stay. There’s a full grocery store about 20 minutes away for larger trips, and smaller local shops about 5 minutes away that are perfect for quick restocks.This place is something special. If you’re looking for a property that brings people together, makes things easy, and delivers an unforgettable experience, this is it.

We could not have asked for a more amazing property, location, and setting for our special week. We went full send: Ramon delivered groceries and roses, Lucy cooked outstanding meals, and Alfredo handled our many shuttles with ease. Whatever you need, they will take care of it. 10 out of 10! Can’t wait to come back again

La casa está en perfectas condiciones, muy bien equipada y con unas vistas increíbles. El lugar es un remanso de paz y belleza natural. La casa tiene una recámara preciosa, otra bonita y cómoda y otras dos más bien regulares. Las áreas sociales están muy bien acondicionadas y equipadas y son muy agradables.
