We have a pool fence that can easily be put up or taken down. The slider has a child lock located at the top. Remember Florida gets HOT and has a lot of bugs. We treat our property professionally for bugs both inside and outside. This does not mean that you will not see any bugs. Also with the extreme high temperatures that can occur we must note that per industry guidelines cooling systems can generally only keep a home 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperatures. This means that during extreme temperatures the home may not cool to your desired temperature setting. Mother nature can not be controlled meaning bugs may be seen and high temperatures may affect your cooling and refunds will not be offered because of this.

We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable pool experience for all our guests. Please note that pool temperatures can be subjective—what feels warm to one person may feel cool to another. Our heated pool is maintained with care, but during colder weather, especially when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F, the pool may not be able to reach or maintain the desired warmth.

As such, we are unable to guarantee specific water temperatures during colder months. We do not issue refunds for variations in pool temperature or for times when the pool is unable to maintain heat due to weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
