Door-to-Door Collection: Building staff will ring the doorbell to collect garbage during these times:

Note: Do not leave garbage in hallways or common areas — this is strictly prohibited by the condo administration.
If you need to dispose of trash outside the pickup schedule, please drop it off at Basement 5.
🚗 Pay Parking in the Building (Limited Availability):
•There's a Pay Parking option in the building but availability is not guaranteed as we only rent it from other homeowners on your behalf. Please inquire in advance so we can check for you.
Rate:
₱500/night
✅ Alternative Parking: Cars/Motors
> Landers (just beside the unit building).
Day Rates: ₱60 for the first 3 hours, then ₱50 per succeeding hour.
Overnight Rate: ₱2,500 (fixed) - parkers enters before 12MN and leaves beyond 2:01AM (Overnight parking Fee + Accumulated Parking Fee)
** Note: Rates may vary based on availability and terms.
•All parking-related concerns are beyond the host's liability.
✅ Extra Cleaning:
• If you require extra cleaning, please inform us in advance so we can check our caretaker’s availability.
• A cleaning fee of 1,000 PHP applies, covering labor, laundry costs, and the replacement of linens and towels.

To make sure everything goes smoothly during your stay, please take note of the following:
📸 ID Submission (Before Arrival)
All guests must send a copy of a valid ID at least 2 days before check-in for admin approval (this is a building rule).
No approved guest pass = No entry.
Late ID submissions may delay your check-in, so please send it as early as possible.
🏢 On Arrival
All guests must show a valid ID at the lobby.
A Guest Pass ID will be issued at the front desk. Please carry it at all times.
You’ll need to:

Scan the QR code
Fill out a short registration form
After that, you’ll be allowed to go up to the unit.
⚠️ Lost, unreturned, or damaged Guest Passes will be charged ₱500.
👥 Visitor Policy
