Spacious 2BR unit in the center of BGC very close to malls, resto and shops

Friends and family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. There are great amenities that you can use. You get to relax in the unit on an air conditioned rooms and a perfect view of the pool. This place is just opposite side of Mitsukoshi mall, walking distance to Uptown mall, SM Aura and Market Market. We are also near in St. lukes private hospital. International supermarket is just at the ground floor. Just 2mins. walk to starbucks & 24/7 restaurants.

Our unit consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and the master bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is a living room area with a comfortable sofa set and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video & Disney. The kitchen area is equipped with a top-range oven, cooking utensils, a microwave, kettle, bread toaster, rice cooker, and a full-size refrigerator. Additionally, the unit has a washer-dryer combination. Lastly, with an incredibly FAST INTERNET CONNECTION of 500 Mbps.

The unit itself is excellent, the location is unbeatable and our host, Marj, cannot be any nicer. Very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process.You’d be hard-pressed to find this kind of combination anywhere. Would be staying here again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about staying in BGC. Well done VRBO, kudos Ms Marj!

We had a wonderful stay! The place looks exactly like the pictures—clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious with great water pressure in the showers, which was a huge plus. The location is perfect: close to plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe and clean, so we were comfortable walking around both day and night. Communication and customer service were excellent—our host was responsive and made check-in smooth and simple. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The space was thoughtfully furnished, clean and comfortable, providing needs for a relaxing visit. Its location is especially convenient directly across from a charming Japanese-themed mall with great dining and shopping options. Communication with the host was smooth and timely, which made check-in and any questions easy to manage. I only wish we had more time to enjoy an additional day here. I would gladly stay again and highly recommend this place to others!

We had a great time during our stay in BGC at this rental unit. The location was ideal for us. We loved that everything was within walking distance. And we loved walking to get there. The unit itself was exactly what we were looking for. From the number of bathrooms to the hot water, wifi, and the washer / dryer unit, the amenities checked all the boxes of what we were looking for. And Marj was such a lovely host! We had a most wonderful time.

Just Book It! Cozy Apartment in the Heart of BGC!!

This placed checked off so many boxes for my family and I! In the heart of BGC with four malls within walking distance including Bonifacio High Street, Landers grocery inside the complex, and then jump in the pool if it gets too hot! Lol. Marj is an awesome host! Very helpful and easy to communicate with. Just Book it!!
