Relax with board games, or a good book. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, blender, and coffee maker—plus cooking basics and dishes you’ll need.

Unwind after a day of adventure with a soak in the shared hot tub, a swim in the pool, or a game of billiards in the common area. The outdoor dining space, playground, and patio with outdoor furniture make it easy to enjoy Utah’s fresh mountain air.

Essentials like air conditioning, heating, body soap, shampoo, bed linens, and a hair dryer are provided. Safety is covered with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a private entrance.

Long-term stays are welcome, and laundry facilities are conveniently located nearby.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
