The house was clean and well stocked. It was a great little apartment for our families stay. There wasnât any outdoor space, but that was fine for our needs. The hosts were quick and easy to communicate with.
Such an incredible stay! Location was amazing with easy access to the city, airport, outskirts for hiking, etc. Washer, dryer and dishwasher were great. Kitchen is nice, super comfortable and clean! Bonus if you get to meet Frank!
The rental unit was clean, stylish, roomy and well appointed. The communication from the owner was excellent and everything was as advertised. Occasionally there was noise from upstairs possibly from sliding furniture across the floor or moving something heavy, but otherwise was a very pleasant stay.
Our location was ideal if you want to ski Alta/Snowbird. It was only 5 minutes to drive to bus stop and about 25 minutes to drive to ski hill. Our place was nicely set up and supplied all we needed. Hostess was very quick to reply to questions and place was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend you try it
Elizabethâs suite was very clean and spacious with a great central location to numerous ski hills. Elizabeth was a great host who responded quickly to out questions. Highly recommend our stay! Thanks again!!
Several minor issues that could have been easily fixed (but werent) had huge negative impacts for us
After being on the road for 16 hours, i got my 4 year old of the car and a huge, unleashed dog with owner nowhere in sight was right there in my childs face. He didnt seem sure if he wanted to be agressive or play, but it scared me to death. There is no access to the thermostat which made us have to deal with a bitter, miserable low temperature that prevented sleep and the desire/ability to move around the house comfortably enough to any activities together. My 72 year old mother was so cold and miserable that she couldnt get out of bed most of the days. My children woke up several times each night because they were too cold to sleep. It took 3 attempts to contact the owner before the temperature was changed, but it was still freezing cold. I wasnt given any information to help keep the place clean. Such as where to take trash or where a vacuume could be found or anything else potentially helpful. Some of the dishes in the cupboards were filthy, so all had to be washed before being used. Parking on the street is on a very very steep hill with curves, so it makes it difficult. The path to the door is NOT safe for elderly, toddlers or anyone that struggles even a tiny bit with walking on uneven surfaces. There was huge piles of dog poop hidden in the grass on the path to the door. The house foundation is definitely not ok. The entire floor is so uneven that it feels unsafe, like it might colapse at any moment and again, makes walking difficult for elderly, children or disabled.
First of all the place was in a great location and was just as listed. The only thing that we had issues with is there were dogs upstairs that barked and we could hear movement. When we notified the host she would always take care of it. But unfortunately the dogs would start barking again.
The other thing to be aware of is the host does not provide bath wash clothes. She provides bath towels, but not wash cloths.
Overall the place was great except for the barking dogs.
Clean everything, has all that we needed (kitchen, shower, comfortable bed) and short drive to Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton. Owner was very responsive and let us park in driveway due to winter storm instead of street. I was concerned that snow plow would hit my rental car. Very accommodating! Would stay here again.
The property was well located to access the ski areas of Little Cottonwood Canyon - Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude. The skiing was fantastic! We had an excellent snow skiing trip.
The property was fine. It was exactly what we needed a kitchen and a comfortable place to sleep. Bathroom was on the small side. We were going to have some lady friends come out, but after we saw the bathroom, there was no way that would work. But I would come back, and I would recommend it to my friends.
This property is in a great location and since we live upstairs, we am able to be close by to help if any issues come about. We respect the privacy of my guests and will only interact if requested or initiated by the guests.
