The apartment features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, and two balconies. The living area includes a dining table for four, a comfortable sofa, a TV, and access to the balcony.

Bedrooms:
• Master bedroom – equipped with a double bed, ample storage space, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
• Second bedroom – furnished with a bed, storage units, and a TV.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. Complete sets of tableware, knives, plates, and all necessary cooking utensils are provided.

Additional Amenities:
Washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a safe. Each room is fitted with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available.

Complex Facilities:
The residence offers parking for cars and motorbikes, a communal swimming pool, and 24/7 security.

Location:
The condominium is centrally located in Laguna Phuket, just a 10-minute walk (850m) to Bang Tao Beach and a 10-minute walk (800m) to Boat Avenue, a vibrant area with cafes, fine dining restaurants, shops, and other essential amenities. A scenic lake and a walking path near the complex provide easy access to key locations.

House Rules:
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
• Pets: Not allowed
• Parties & events: Not allowed
• Smoking indoors: Strictly prohibited

Please treat the apartment with care. Avoid walking inside with shoes, prevent stains on furniture and walls, and handle kitchenware and other items carefully. Do not dispose of toilet paper or hygiene products in the toilet. Take out the trash regularly.
If anything gets damaged—whether by accident or otherwise—please inform us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Additional Costs:
Utilities are charged separately based on meter readings:
• Electricity: 7 THB/kWh
• Water: 50 THB/m³
Meter readings will be recorded upon check-in and check-out to ensure accurate billing.
Security Deposit:
A refundable deposit of $500 USD is required. The amount will be returned on the day of check-out, minus any costs for lost or damaged items.
