➤ The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, with a queen-size sleeper sofa available for additional accommodations.
➤ Enjoy the inviting living room, complete with a gas fireplace and large windows that showcase scenic forest views.
➤ Step out onto the deck to enjoy tranquil outdoor surroundings, a gas fireplace, and a private hot tub.

➤ The driveway is fully paved, making the cabin easily accessible by any type of car—no 4x4 required

We provide a starter kit that includes towels, shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. We highly recommend bringing extra supplies for longer stays. ⚠️ Please note: The outdoor TV is currently not operational.

★ ENTRY ★
Enjoy easy access with our keyless entry system. A keypad is located at the front door, and your personalized code will be shared 3 days before your arrival.

★ KITCHEN ★
The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and all the essential cookware: pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils—everything you need for home-cooked meals.

★ HOT TUB GUIDELINES ★
To ensure your safety and preserve the cleanliness and condition of the hot tub and linens, all guests are required to shower before and after use.

✓ Please rinse off bodily oils, lotions, and dirt before entering. This helps maintain water quality for everyone.
✓ No pets are allowed in or near the hot tub.
✓ Alcohol is strictly prohibited near the hot tub.
✓ Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover.
✓ Children must be supervised at all times.
✓ Always heat the hot tub with the cover on. Please do not add hot water manually, as this will damage the system.
✓ Avoid using the hot tub immediately after servicing—chemical levels may be temporarily elevated.

⚠️ If excessive dirtiness is found due to non-compliance with hygiene guidelines, an additional cleaning fee may apply to cover the cost of restoring the hot tub to proper condition.

✓ No parties or large gatherings. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
✓ Early check-in (if available) is offered at $50 per hour.
✓ Late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee.
✓ Items left behind will require a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address.
✓ Pet Fee is $100 per pet. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!
