Welcome to Baypoint Retreat! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features floor to ceiling windows in the Master Suite and breathtaking views of the main channel from the balcony at mile marker 24 and is just a 3-minute drive to Margaritaville! The Bay Point complex features two pools, a playground, walking trails, and picnic area with charcoal BBQ grills for you use and enjoyment.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need during your stay. There is a drip and k cup coffee maker and a breakfast bar with seating for four.

Living Room
The living room has a flat screen TV, a sofa, two accent chairs and sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony.

Master Suite
The Master Suite features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, a TV, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the main channel. The master bathroom has a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a twin bed, a twin over full bunk bed, nightstand and closet.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom has a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.

Outside
The balcony overlooking the lake can be accessed both from the living room sliding glass door, and from the Master Suite. On the balcony you will find a glass top patio table with seating for four.

Neighborhood Description
The Bay Point Village Condominium complex is located just off KK in the heart of Osage Beach. This complex is just a 3 minute drive to Margaritaville, 4 minutes to LandShark that features a swim up bar, 5 minutes to Ozark Distillery and Jeffreys Prime Rib & Lobster, and 9 minutes to Redheads, 11 minutes to Big Surf Waterpark, and 20 minutes to the Bagnell Dam Strip. There are also several boat rental locations nearby. This complex is centrally located to all the fun and excitement the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
