Welcome to our little gem, located in Margaritaville resort.
You will find peace and tranquility surrounded by trees. House is located close to the golf course, about 2-3 to Margaritaville resort including all the resort amenities.
Newly remodeled, very clean.
House has 3 bedroom all featuring 2 queen beds and living room featuring sleeper sofa9 queen size). 14 people sleep comfortably. All the bedroom have their own baths. 1 bedroom is on the main level and 2 bedrooms are downstairs.
Lots of the resort amenities are included in the stay, some are at extra cost( like mini golf, waterpark, arcade, horseback riding and etc)

Lovely cottage

This place was great! Just like the pictures; such a cute cottage-like house. A lot of surrounding houses nearby but still feels isolated in the woods. Each bedroom is like its own hotel room which was actually a nice surprise - extra room and also mini fridges! Also loved the location which was close to all the spots we love to go to. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! The amenities at the resort were wonderful. Upstairs is totally renovated and gorgeous the downstairs not so much. Downstairs is outdated and very musty with mediocre beds. It would be nice to have wash clothes and more towels. We had to go buy washcloths and towels.

A Very Pleasant Experience

We enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in porch. The 4 full bathrooms in each sleeping area provide privacy. It is like having your own motel room. The kitchen is well equipped & the open living area with large dining table is great for gatherings. A pool is nearby plus all the amenities the resort offers. It is surrounded by trees, no view of the lake.Could use a few more towels.

Nice, clean, roomy home in wooded setting close to pool and actvities of the resort.

It was very nice and adequate for our family. The air conditioning unit in the downstairs bedroom made an awful noise so we turned it off and left it off.

The screened in porch was nice. The pool near our place was nice. The main floor was nice. Comfortable beds. Overall cleanliness was way below average. The rug on steps and downstairs was disgusting. 5-cup coffee maker??? Ice maker did not work. Would not recommend.

That said, I’m truly sorry to hear that aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. Cleanliness is something I take seriously, and I’ve already scheduled a deep cleaning of the rugs and a full inspection of the downstairs area to make sure everything meets our usual standards. I also appreciate the note about the coffee maker and ice maker — I understand how those details can impact a stay, and both are being addressed. While I wish your overall experience had been more positive, I do thank you for the honest feedback — it helps me improve for future guests.

We loved the resort.

We loved the resort. The house was very clean and spacious as described. I would recommend to anyone. However, we lost a wooden craved crooked cane by the pool area next to the Windrose outside dining area on July 19, 2022. Reward if found. It has a sentimental value.

Good for three family groups

Overall, the property was perfect for our group of 12. We had three families with 6 kids total and every group got to have their own large room and bathrooms. There was a nice amount of towels on property too. The only issues we had overall was the property was not very clean. Mainly all the surfaces you touch will be clean but under the beds and behind headboards we found past guest socks, chips, and candy wrappers. There was a lot of cobwebs all over the property as well. The screened in porch was so nice to sit in without the bugs every night.

It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was a dirty towel in one of the bathrooms and a lot of bugs and cobwebs. I would recommend more towels handy for all the guest

The property was clean. No carpet, except on stairs. Liked that, do think carpet should be replaced as it was extremely dirty and smelly. Screened in porch was great. Spent most time there. Small problem with upper bedroom a/c, phoned and they responded quickly. Will probably use again. A.S.

Girls Trip

This property is cute on the inside. The outside could use some love. The wifi was hit and miss and the code to the front gate never worked. We were basically told to "deal with it". The bedding wasn't super clean. Not enough toilet paper or dish washing soap provided. I am a regular VRBO renter and this experience wasn't the greatest.

Property has potential, but cleaning was poor

Home has 3 BR and 4 Baths. Listed as a 4/3. We could not park 4 vehicles in assigned spots, only 3. Cleaning was very poor. We had to dust LR and dining table was filthy. Grill was disgusting w/ completely full grease pan, food stuck on grill & dirty utensils left on grill shelf. Dirty kitchen utensils in drawers, small amt of kitchen towels, only 4 face cloths, skimpy bath towels. Had to buy some & left there. Beds were comfortable, but frames not attached to headboards & mattresses slid apart. Great place to stay if you want to clean first

Thank you for your review, Jody, we will definitely pay more attention to cleaning. As for the grill it is up to the guest to clean it and we do have a fine if it is not. As for the car parking, I would say 4-5 cars fit easily, you can park on the side too Please consider us on your next trip to the lake
