The kitchen blends comfort and functionality, with black appliances, a spacious yet cozy layout, and a counter that seats three—perfect for casual breakfasts or chatting with the cook. Share meals or game nights around the large dining table for eight, then make your way upstairs to the loft for a round of foosball or a cozy evening with board games. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms, and a full size sleeper sofa in the loft.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, also accessible via the hallway, with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.


The home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Please note: The basement is privately occupied, but all guest spaces remain fully private throughout your stay.
• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available. Guests should park to the left side of garage door. This is to allow for snow plow removal.
• AWD or 4X4 vehicles are recommended during winter months.
• This home is equipped with three (3) exterior security cameras;
• (1) located at the driveway and actively monitoring the driveway and front steps,
• (2) located at the lower-level entrance and actively monitoring the street and mountainside,
• (3) located at the patio door and actively monitoring the deck.
