Lure yourself away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life at LureHaven LakeHouse, where the only thing on your to-do list is making lifelong memories. Enjoy stunning lake views, expansive outdoor deck, pavilion, and direct access to both the community beach and your own private beach.
The home features rustic charm with modern touches. The vaulted ceilings and oversized windows in the main living area were designed to showcase the natural beauty outside. We hope you fall in love with our lake house just as we have—and that it becomes a place you return to year after year with friends and family.
The Location
This lake house is located in the gated community of Riverbend and is close to a variety of local restaurants, hiking trails, and waterfalls.
And only 1.5 hours from Charlotte!

Beyond the lake and beach, the area offers ziplining, horseback riding, the Tryon Equestrian Center, incredible hiking, lakeside dining, the Biltmore Estate, and a variety of local wineries and breweries.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the house and amenities, except for areas marked “No Guest Access.”
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will be charged the applicable daily rate or $100 per hour, whichever is greater, to the credit card on file if the home has not been vacated by 12:00 PM.
Rental Agreement
A signed vacation rental agreement is required to finalize your booking. Note: the total amount on the agreement may differ from what you paid on your booking platform due to third-party service fees, which we do not control or collect. You must also provide a valid government-issued ID.
House Rules
• Max 5 guests (including children) at all times
• No pets
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• No hunting allowed
• No fireworks, open flames, candles, or accelerants in the wood-burning fireplace
• Never leave fire unattended; turn off all gas appliances when not in use
• Septic system is sensitive—only flush toilet paper; no sand, oil, or solids in sinks, tubs, or laundry
• Use remote controls only to operate living room blinds
• No events, parties, commercial photography, or videography
• No ATVs, RVs, trailers, campers, boats, golf carts, or oversized vehicles are allowed
• Check-in: After 3 PM | Check-out: Before 11 AM (unless pre-arranged)
Hold Harmless
By entering the property, guests agree to hold the owners harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from injury, illness, death, or property damage. All activities (including use of the fireplace, kayak, BBQ, firepit, swimming, etc.) are at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Other Things to Note
• The lake house is not childproof. By booking, you accept full responsibility for any children and their supervision.
• The driveway is steep.
• As a mountain home, wildlife encounters are possible. Do not leave food or garbage outside.
• We provide a starter kit of essentials (coffee, toiletries, cleaning supplies). For more, Ingles grocery store is less than 10 minutes away.
• Temperature is set between 65–75°F. Contact us for exceptions. Please keep doors closed and do not run AC and fireplace at the same time.
• Over-occupancy and unauthorized pets will incur a $500/day fine and will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
• Security cameras are installed and actively record the front door, driveway, pavilion, BBQ, and beach area. These cameras are ON and recording 24/7 and is used to protect our lake house as well as your belongings during your stay. We monitor for non-reported pets and over occupancy. Tampering with security or safety equipment will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
• Must be 25+ years old to book
• No third-party bookings allowed. The booking guest must sign the rental agreement, provide ID, and be present during the stay.
