As you enter this beautiful, spacious condo, you will see a large master bedroom complete with a gorgeous, remodeled master bathroom with an expansive walk-in shower with safety bar, perfect for those with mobility issues. Two additional bedrooms line the hallway - one bedroom contains a queen bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds - perfect for children. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart tv with remote and cable access, includes ROKU access along with access to Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services.

There is an additional full bath in the main hall with a shower/tub combo that was just renovated in December 2024.

Continuing down the hall leads into the dining area, where you will find a dining table equipped for six people and new lighting fixture, with additional seating available at the countertop area behind the dining table.

A bright and comfortable living area is adjacent to the dining area, with a large flat screen Smart TV with cable access (ROKU, Netflix, Hulu accessible). The couch is a queen size sleeper sofa to allow for additional sleeping options.

The kitchen is adjacent to the dining and living area and is fully stocked with pots and pans. There is a toaster, toaster oven, microwave, George Foreman grill, coffee maker and blender for your use.

A new energy efficient air conditioning system was recently installed for the unit, to allow for maximum comfort.

The outdoor deck is perfect for dining and a chance to watch some spectacular sunsets. There is an electric grill on the deck for guest use.

Renters are advised to bring their own sheets and towels for personal comfort. In the laundry room you will find a washer and dryer, as well as a vacuum, extra chairs and a step stool. There is a steam iron and ironing board in the laundry room for your use as well.

There is a locked storage room on the east side (ocean side) of the building for your use. We have boogie boards, beach umbrellas, several beach chairs, children’s beach buckets and shovels, and a beach cart as well as a fishing pole for your use. There is a hose on the storage unit side of the building that you can use to spray off beach items and feet to remove sand. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool so please swim at your own risk and watch your children at all times, especially while they are in the swimming pool.

The unit hosts two side by side parking spaces inside the parking garage, making it very convenient to transport luggage, groceries, etc… to the elevator. You can park your vehicles and never have to move them if you choose, as the boardwalk begins just one block over.
