The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* ID and selfie uploads



Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment and dual 2 stall attached garage & driveway for 4 cars. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include in unit laundry, private patio, grill, community tennis courts and nearby walking trails. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.

• Parking on the street is strictly prohibited at all times for any reason. All guests must use the designated parking areas provided on the property. Vehicles parked on the street are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. No exceptions will be made.

***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
