Welcome to our retreat located in the gated community of La Grande ForĂȘt, Mont-Tremblant. This home is both secluded in nature while being 7 mins from the Tremblant Village, ski resort, and attractions. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom chalet provides guests an opportunity to enjoy all four season activities that Tremblant has to offer, while being tucked away in one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods. Complete with a sauna, hot tub, and pool table, this is the perfect place for groups to unwind.
Perfect for relaxing and enjoying some âapres-skiâ, this home features two cozy living areas to relax in. Upstairs, comfortable seating surrounding the wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood/kindling) and Smart TV with cable.
Downstairs, you can enjoy a games night with the indoor sauna, pool table, and a second Smart TV.
Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including appliances and cutlery. You can enjoy the flexibility and convenience of cooking during your stay, or enjoy take out from the many local restaurants in Tremblant. There is a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods supplied in limited quantities.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Our home can accommodate up to 12 guests with its 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All linens, towels, and pillows are provided. A high chair and crib are available for infants.

Au sous-sol, vous pouvez profiter dâune soirĂ©e de jeux avec la table de billard, une deuxiĂšme tĂ©lĂ© intelligente ainsi quâun sauna intĂ©rieur.

La cuisine a tout ce quâil vous faut pour prĂ©parer vos propres repas, y compris les Ă©lectromĂ©nagers et les ustensiles. Vous pouvez profiter de la flexibilitĂ© et de la commoditĂ© de cuisiner pendant votre sĂ©jour, ou commander des plats pour emporter dans les nombreux restaurants locaux de Tremblant. Il y a une cafetiĂšre Keurig avec des capsules fournies en quantitĂ© limitĂ©e.

Notre maison peut accueillir jusquâĂ 12 invitĂ©s grĂące Ă ses 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain complĂštes. Tous les draps, serviettes et oreillers sont fournis. Une chaise haute et un lit de bĂ©bĂ© sont disponibles pour les tout-petits.

Il y a une salle Ă manger extĂ©rieure et un BBQ au propane situĂ© prĂšs de la salle Ă manger. Dans la cour, il y a un spa privĂ© ainsi quâun foyer extĂ©rieur. Le bois de chauffage nâest pas fourni mais peut ĂȘtre achetĂ© dans nâimporte quelle station-service ou Ă©picerie locale.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the local authorities or the Townâs Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renterâs damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
