The Breakaway at Table Rock- Sauna, Hot Tub, Kayak, Full Upper and Lower Porches
Spacious 1+ acre property, located just outside the entrance to the Cricket Creek USACE Park and Cricket Creek Marina - Table Rock Lake. The Long Creek area of the lake is a favorite of fishermen, nature lovers and eagle watchers. Plenty of parking onsite with space for a boat trailer. The full service Marina rents boats, pontoons, and slips.
Amazing sunset/lake views from upper and lower decks, and all the unique outdoor areas. Strategically placed windows providing wonderful views from within the spacious Upper and Lower Living Areas with plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. Game room/bunk room with infinity table, foosball, legacy arcade games, and much more. You will enjoy your private outdoor Oasis area with a 6 person - barrel steam sauna, and a 6 person hot tub, both right off the lower level back deck with rockers and swings. A large natural stone fire pit in it's own secluded area, away from the house. Large propane outdoor griddle, and a park style charcoal grill.
You will be in the right place to enjoy all the area has to offer, while enjoying the peaceful freedom of a full size home, without the cramped condo, track house - quasi hotel options you may be familiar with. With Johnny Morris's "Top of the Rock, Lost Canyon, Fun Mountain, and The Newly opened Thunder Ridge Amphitheater at the next exit on HWY 65, just minutes away. Hollister/Branson, Lake Taneycomo, Branson Landing, and all the Shows are around 20 minutes. Silver Dollar City is around 25-30 minutes away.
Enjoy all Branson has to offer, see Great Shows, hike one of the many area trails, ride UTVs, explore caves and caverns, take a trip to Dogwood Canyon Nature Preserve around 40 minutes away, or the Buffalo National River (the first designated - "National River" and one of the few undammed rivers remaining in the US) only 1 hour south. Then return home to watch the Eagles flying over the bluffs at Table Rock and unbelievable sunsets, without all the crowds and noise.
