Welcome to your serene getaway on Beaver Lake! Located on a quiet cove at 13014 Schoolhouse Drive in Lowell, AR, this inviting 3-bedroom lake house offers the perfect escape for families, friends, or anyone seeking rest and relaxation near the water.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 6 beds, making it ideal for weekend retreats, Razorback game trips, or lake-loving adventurers.

We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, the large back yard, lake access and the large driveway. Unfortunately we are not allowed to grant boat access to the dock.

The Neighborhood:
Located right next to Beaver Lake with lake access. Within a mile of Horseshoe Bend Marina.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max). We may require a refundable pet deposit.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 21 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces

- Garage is not available to guest

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
