Our guests have access to Quivira Resort’s multiple fine dining and casual restaurants where you receive a 20% discount on food and drinks plus 20 % discount at any SPA services within the Resort. The incredible golf course is a world-class experience where guests receive a 25% discount. The Sky Pool offers sweeping views, pool-side dining and entertainment for residents and guests alike, and it's located a short drive from the condo.

Guests have access to the whole villa and all amenities at Pueblo Bonito Resorts, including Pacifica (adults only) with the exception of the Beach Club facilities, which are for Quivira Real Estate owners only.

Golf carts can be rented at an additional fee, and offers a quick and fun way to navigate Quivira. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of our developing area!

NOTICE: Please note that our beautiful home in Cabo offers stunning views, but as our neighborhood is growing, there may be occasional construction noise at the entrance of the development but will not affect your stay . Also, the Alvar community offers a mix of residents and rental guests so the HOA asks for quiet time between 10pm-8am. Please feel free to use the outside amenities during that time (hot tub and fireplace), but we request no loud music or loud parties. These rules help everyone enjoy the stunning star-lit Cabo evenings without the nuisance of loud parties.
