Charming 1-bedroom in Italianate designed house in terrific Albion, NY
This unique location has a style all its own. Enjoy this Italianate styled home built in 1860. Once called the Graystone Manor, this house has a long history and deep ties to Charles Howard, founder of the ORIGINAL Santa Claus School. The Village of Albion is roughly 35 miles from Rochester, and 50 miles from Buffalo Niagara International airport. Going to Niagara Falls? Take the scenic highway along Lake Ontario and enjoy the gorgeous views on the way. The space offers a small kitchenette, with microwave, mini fridge, and seating for two.
The place has a lot of nice artistic accents. It felt like I was in a special place that was as close to Europe as I could get in the small town of Albion. Had nice walk two blocks from the Erie canal. Would do this again.
This property was comfortable and had an interesting history. Close to dining, free internet access and overall convenient for our needs. I would stay here again if traveling back to this area.
