New Build, Cozy Capitol Hill Townhome w/EV Charge
Located 6 blocks from the Delta Center and Salt Palace Convention Center. 4 Miles to University of Utah.
This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome in the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood offers the perfect blend of comfort and location. You're within easy walking distance of exciting events, restaurants, and nightlife. With all major ski resorts a 40-minute drive away, you can easily explore the stunning Wasatch Mountains.
The space
This townhome was just built in September of 2024 with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 4 beds (a queen, trundle and pull out couch) will comfortable sleep either a small or large group. Our kitchen is stocked with whatever you need to make your meals while in town or within walking distance to many restaurants. The home was built to be eco friendly with solar panels, instant hot water and an EV charger.
The windows have privacy screening so you can see out across the city during day but people can not see in. Make sure to use the provided blinds and curtains at night.
There are 2 fireplaces in the home, one in the primary bedroom and one in the living room for those cold winter nights or just for aesthetics without heat.
You will have full access to our 2 car garage during your stay. (Fits standard size vehicles, full size trucks and SUV's will need to park in the parking lot west of the building. The garage is 210" from the wall to the garage door.)
Guest access
You will be provided with a code to access our home and garage within 24 hours of check-in.
We will do our best to accommodate early check-in requests. Please message us if you need to access the property early.
Other things to note
Please note: There is the possibility of nearby construction over the next few months as they are starting construction on the building adjacent to ours and we have not been provided with a schedule for this. There should still be full access to the roads and garage during this time. Potential construction hours are Monday-Saturday 7am-7pm.
