Whether you’re visiting to relax, work remotely, or explore the beaches and culture of Las Terrenas, this apartment offers a peaceful, well-equipped home base with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

NOTE1: Free parking for one vehicle at the residential complex. Additional vehicles must park outside, near the entrance gate, where the security guard booth is located. To get to and from the beach, shops and markets in town, a free shuttle service is at your disposal upon request.

NOTE2: For security reasons, a picture of every guests ID will be asked before arrival (except children).

NOTE3: We require our guests to let us know in advance how many vehicles they will be bringing. Please note that there is one parking space at the property and additional vehicles will need to remain at the residential complex`s main entrance, near the security booth.

NOTE4: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. VRBO securely sends credit card details that the guest enters to Stripe, and Stripe then handles all processing. A credit card transaction fee of 4.95% will apply. And, in the event of any cancellation, the 4.95% credit card processing fee will also apply.

NOTE5: A first payment representing 25% of the total stay will be charged 30 days or less from the date of arrival and a second payment representing the balance will be taken 14 days or less prior to check-in date - Depending on when the reservation is made. Also note that in the event of any cancellation, a credit card processing fee will apply.

NOTE6: A refundable security deposit of 250USD is held on the guest`s credit card on the day of arrival and will be released after check-out inspection.

NOTE7: Please note that, like the majority of rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity costs are a separate charge. Upon checking in, our team will take note of the meter numbers, and verify again upon check-out. (15$ Dominican Pesos per KiloWatt/hour).

For example, 30 Kw/h per day is 450$ DOP, or about 7,95$ USD.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and respect for the property and neighbors, please review and follow these rules:

1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out must be approved in advance.

2. Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation is allowed.
No additional visitors without prior approval.
Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.

3. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No loud music or disturbances, especially during nighttime.

4. Parties & Events
Strictly no parties or events unless explicitly approved in writing.

5. Smoking
NO smoking inside the property.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

6. Pets
Pets are NOT allowed.

7. Property Care
Please treat the property with respect.
Any damages must be reported immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

8. Cleanliness
Before check-out, please:
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
Leave the property in reasonable condition.

9. Electricity Usage
Electricity is charged separately based on usage.
Please turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use.

10. Security & Safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.

11. Pool rules
All guests must respect the pool rules. They are in display next to it.

12. Compliance
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
-Additional charges
-Cancellation without refund
-Loss of security deposit
