I rent out the basement in my house. It’s a nice and cozy space with two bedrooms — one has a king bed, and the other has a queen bed. The basement has a private entrance, so you don’t have to come through the main house. You can come and go anytime, and you will have your own privacy. I live upstairs, but I give my guests space.
