Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2 bedroom apartment situated on the third floor that offers you a spacious open concept. You can walk to beaches, grocery store, restaurants, and night-life! Our 2 queen bed apartment (plus comfy queen inflatable for extra guests) is surrounded by lots of natural light. And downstairs on the first floor is a communal garden area with a grill and avocado tree! This is a quiet friendly and safe neighborhood!
The spacious living room with open concept allows for everyone to spread out, whether you are in the kitchen making a meal, in the living room watching tv on the comfy couch or sitting in the dining area. The living room and kitchen is lined with windows letting in lots of light.
The modern kitchen (no dishwasher) has everything you'll need to make a meal or to heat up left overs.
In the bathroom you will find we've include lots of amenities so that all you have to do is pack your clothes and bathing suite. We've got you covered!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
It's a great residential neighborhood with a great couple of restaurants on one end and a police station on the other end.

My apartment is central to everything - Old San Juan, Isla Verde, Beaches, Nightlife, Restaurants, SJU and more! It's very spacious and comfortable.
