This home is new under our management as of May 2023. We welcome you to be some of our first guests!

This beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse is modern and spacious. It features a split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer upstairs. Downstairs has an open floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, and a half bathroom.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters. A bar with seating for 4. Keurig Duo for the best of both worlds. It has all the utensils, pots, and pans you need to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The living room has a 65” flat-screen smart TV with plenty of comfy seating. The couch is also a Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The dining room has a table and 4 chairs for those family meals.

Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed, a 50” flat screen smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 43” flat screen smart TV.
The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a 32” flat-screen smart TV. The second full bathroom offers a shower-tub combo.

There is also a basketball game, Jenga, and corn-hole in the garage for entertainment. This townhouse has parking for 2 vehicles. There is also a grill and seating in the backyard.
Shadow Lake community has a pool in the complex. It requires a key that will be in the kitchen.
This location is 3 miles from the beach and minutes from attractions such as Pier Park, Panama City Beach Sports Complex, Wonder Works, and Ripley's Believe it or Not.
This property is perfect for beachgoers and families alike. Ball and soccer players will enjoy the convenience of being located 1 mile away from the PCB Sports Complex. It is the perfect location for those tournaments to be able to leave the field between games and cool off at this beautiful townhouse!
