Check out Shores of Panama 726, a pristine and modern condo that offers the charm of a friend's beach house with the amenities and location of a five-star hotel. This spacious and cozy condo offers one bedroom and two bathrooms for up to five other people. Just because it has one 'bedroom', it doesn't mean there isn't enough space for a small group to spread out, make food, watch TV, play board games, and have a few drinks together in the evening.

Common Space

As soon as you enter the Shores of Panama 726, you will notice the cozy furnishings, cool interior decor, cute artwork, natural vibe, and pristine location. The living room features cozy couches and coffee tables that are great for playing a board game, setting up a game of cards, propping your feet up after a long day of walking, or holding your glasses of wine or bottles of beer as you watch the sun go down in the distance.

The living room also features lamps that are great for providing evening light and reading a book, and a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door that offers a pristine view of the bright blue water and white sand beach right outside of your doorstep.

Outdoor Balcony

Plus, you can walk to the private balcony, which is just a few steps from the living room couch. Open the sliding glass door, head out onto the balcony, and feel the cool ocean breeze on your face. Sit in one of the chairs or bring out some appetizers to the round table to sit and enjoy an al fresco meal in the warm weather.

Modern Kitchen

If you are in the mood to make a few drinks, shake some cocktails, set out appetizers, or make a full spread for dinner, the kitchen is going to become your very best friend. The functional and easy to use kitchen features modern appliances, large counter spaces, ample cabinets for food storage, and bright lights that make it easy to see what you are doing.

The kitchen features an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee pot, and microwave to easily make a hot cup of coffee and watch the sunrise in the morning, whip up a quick breakfast on the stove, or store your favorite snacks in the kitchen cabinets for a beach picnic.

Dining Room

The efficient and functional condo offers an indoor dining room table that is big enough for you and three of your guests. You can set out a few snacks on the table, open a board game, or sit here and have a nice chat with your pals as you think of where to go for a fun night out on the town. The dining room table provides four chairs for a nice meal, and the kitchen offers three high top bar stools so every person will have room to sit, sip in their cocktails, eat healthy food, and talk with one another before going to see all that the Florida coast has to offer in terms of dancing, live music, and bars!

Bedrooms

After an evening out and about in the local area, it might be time to finally hit the hay. The good thing is that you and your guests will have plenty of choices when it comes to where to sleep.

The bedroom offers a large and cozy bed with plush comforters, fluffy pillows, low-lit lamps, and a bedside window that lets in natural light early in the morning to serve as a vacation alarm clock! You can put your clothes in the closet, use the bureau to unpack your bikinis, and turn on the TV late at night to fall asleep to your favorite movie or TV show.

And don't worry — your guests are going to love the cute bunk bed room. The bunk beds are two, twin-size bunk beds with cozy bedding and soft pillows and linens that are great for getting a restful 8 hours of sleep. The attached bathroom with a shower makes it easy to wash the sand off of your feet and feel refreshed before crawling under the covers.

Check-in is at 4:00 pm / Check-out is at 10:00 am.


Registered guests occupying the condo must be 25 or older.

Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.

No pets.

No smoking.

Amenities are not included (wristbands and parking permit). Guest pays the concierge in the lobby a one-time fee of $85 for registration packet.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
