Condo is very nice and just as it looks in pictures. Layout and size worked great for our group of 7 and 1 infant. Very close to SDC and easy access to everything because it is located off the main strip so you can avoid some of the normal Branson traffic. There is also a really nice view from the street in front of the condo, which we walked across, to take a look. Host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location and perfect size condo for our large group to relax and enjoy what the area has to offer. Being right next door to the pool and having a game room were big bonuses for the kids! Unfortunately, the condo was pretty dirty (floors and living rug were disgusting, toilet and shower in master bath hadn’t been cleaned, and dust/animal fur was abundant). Only six towels and wash cloths to share among 12 people was annoying. More towels were dropped off when we asked for more, but no additional wash cloths. There were no dish cloths in the home and only four trash bags for a four night stay. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, but don’t expect to show up with the advertised necessities provided. I would recommend packing cleaning supplies, towels/cloths, and extra bags.

Perfect getaway trip

This property was amazing from the space to the game room and Xbox to the great decor all the little extra things that were there for your family like baby gate and high chair. The host thought of it all. Beautiful setting. Very quiet as well.

The host sent an introductory message with door lock code and WiFi. However, there was no guide book for trash, TV, check-out, parking, etc.Unfortunately, there were numerous problems with this property. We were greeted with cityscape wall paper that we were told was slightly peeling. Almost half of the mural was peeling off the wall. We then discovered mildew towels throughout the condo and a washing machine that wreaked of mildew smell. The bathrooms were not stocked with soap or shampoo as advertised. The window in the bunk room was cracked. The sink upstairs was cracked. The kitchen faucet leaked water onto the counter whenever turned on. The hot water heater is small for the property size and would run out after two people showered. There was also a broken rail latch on the bunk bed putting our kids at risk of falling from the top bunk. Lastly, the foosball table upstairs was also broken. We ended up departing this property one night early as the accommodations were lacking and not as advertised. I cannot recommend this property.

We couldn’t have asked for a better area for our family to stay! They had everything that we would need to stay for a week from dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and they even had a high chair for our babies so we didn’t have to bring one!
