• Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation
• Pets must be house-trained and crated when left unattended

• All guests and vehicles must be registered with the host prior to arrival
• Please park only in designated parking areas

• No parties or events allowed
• Primary guest must be 22+ years old (children permitted with parents or guardians)

The property is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure a comfortable and hygienic environment

🔒 Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options for your stay:

• A small, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage
OR
• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, which is fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs
