Pleasant Acres is a beautiful rental nestled in the farmlands of Greenville, PA.  Welcoming and cozy, you'll find it perfect for your needs.  On the main floor is a cheery, well-furnished kitchen with plenty of eating space, a cozy living room, a master suite with a private bathroom and a queen-sized bed, there's another bedroom with a full-sized bed and a crib.  There is also a half bath and a laundry room in that level as well.  In the basement is a second set of living quarters that boasts a living area, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and another one with a full-sized bed.  Outdoors, there's a lovely deck with an eating area off the kitchen, and another lovely spot of outdoor living space outside the basement doors.  You'll find our home tastefully kept and sparkling clean and it will be the perfect place to connect with your family and loved ones.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there be no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware that you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking, and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.
