****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and dock area. Guest will not have access to the storage shed onsite, the lawn mower on site, or the carport area. Please refrain from being in this area of the property.

Family friendly and peaceful neighborhood.
Getting Around:
S'moores N' Snores is in a prime location. 5-minutes away from Kroger and Publix. 15-20 minutes away from GCSU & GMC. Short 10-minute drive to Milledgeville where you will find tons of dining options. They also have a movie theater, bowling alley and skating rink. Little River Park/Campground is a short 5-minute car ride to the nearest boat ramp access.
Other Things to Note:
This is a pet-friendly home. There is a $300 pet fee. No more than 2 dogs (less than 50lbs) are allowed. Unauthorized pets will be billed at a minimum of $500 back to the guest. If you are bringing along your fur baby please be sure to confirm that with us at the time of booking.
