This modern home features a bright open-concept main floor with a fully equipped kitchen, quartz countertops, gas range, and custom built-ins. The living area offers cozy seating and a large TV, with a dining space ideal for families or longer stays. Upstairs, youâll find two king bedrooms and a third bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed â perfect for kids or extra guests. The primary suite also includes a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy central A/C, in-suite laundry, and a private fenced yard.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, including private front and back entrances, fenced backyard, in-suite laundry, and designated covered parking in the carport. You can enter through the front door from the street or access the home via the rear courtyard through the carport. Entry is easy and secure with a smart keypad. For added peace of mind, a Ring camera is installed at the front entrance.
