This is ( Emerald Beach Resort Condo's ), which is a 5 star resort and a luxurious beach experience that is available along the Emerald Shores of Panama City Beach. Enjoy your own private get away...with pure white sand, emerald blue water and a first class facility which will exceed all your expectations, and sleeps 6 people very comfortable!

When booking is complete you will receive a code for the front door in which you may check in straight to the room.
The condo unit has high speed internet service and cable through (Wow).

We have beach chair service for 2 chairs and a umbrella for FREE at the beach to our guest only when booking thru us! This service would cost $50.00 per day $350.00 per week at the beach for anyone staying at this resort in which we include now for FREE at our unit. This is a service we pay for and runs from March 15th until October 31st
.
Due to Covid-19 the bed spreads is all washable which will be changed out more rapidly between quest for each visit and to be consistence with cleaning details for each quest safety.

Our professionally decorated condo is located on the 7th floor unit #735 with an unobstructed view of the Gulf! The main bedroom consists of a king size bed.


There are set bunk beds that are separately located from the main bedroom.
In the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa with a love seat.

We have included a cooler to take to the beach or pool with a array of beach toys and extra chairs which helps suit your needs.

The kitchen is very modern with granite counter tops in which we have made sure that the kitchen has every possible amenity to make your stay as comfortable as home. The open dining and living areas are perfect for entertaining or just hanging out, with the 50' flat screen is wonderful to watch late night movies! The beach front patio balcony with its 4 chair dining set is perfect to sit and have a great breakfast or dinner as you watch the sun come up or go down with the ocean right in front of you. The condo is furnished with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, blow dryer in the unit as well!

The ocean side pool (with a tiki bar) is perfect for a quick dip or a long lounge. There is an additional kids pool located on property that has a walk-in entry making entertaining the little ones extremely easy.

If you are feeling the urge to work out, there is an on site fitness facility that is well equipped for all of your fitness needs.

The Sky Bar is open nightly for a relaxing drink at the bar or lounge. Live entertainment is often available during the peak season.

We are located a mile from Pier Park on the beach-out of much of the heavier traffic. Emerald Beach is moments away from shopping like Publix and Wal- Mart. The shopping district of 'Pier Park' is just down the street. It's retail flagships are Target, Dillards, JC Penny, Ann Taylor Loft, Old Navy, Bath and Body Works and so much more. Think 'the Avenue' hits PCB. The restaurants include Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Panera Bread Company, Longhorn Steakhouse, Red Brick Pizza, Five Guys Burgers, and Marble Slab Creamery. Emerald Beach Resort features a gulf front seasonally HEATED pool and spa with an oversize pool deck overlooking the beautiful, white sandy beach. There is over 1000 feet of beach front with umbrella service and tiki bar. An incredible ocean view bar, with a dozen flat panel TVs, in the spacious pedestrian bridge.

There is a indoor parking garage for your vehicle so the car will not be in the hot sun and out of the rain or bad weather as well .
