The Space:
We manually verify all reservations, as our units are rented individually and the calendar may not reflect real-time status. In the rare event of a scheduling conflict, we guarantee to provide you with excellent alternative options. Your booking is considered final only upon receiving our confirmation message.

This Multi-Apartment listing offers two distinct apartments in the same building, providing versatile layouts for your group:

- Apartment 1 (2BR): Features two comfortable queen bedrooms (master with private bathroom and walk-in closet; second bedroom with closet and hall bathroom), plus a sofa bed.
- Apartment 2 (3BR): Provides a king main bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom and third bedroom (queen), both with closet space, share a hall bathroom.

Each apartment boasts a full kitchen impeccably equipped with top brands, and a spacious living area filled with natural light, featuring a large TV and a premium Sonos sound system.

Two single rollaway beds are available for extra guests, and a Pack 'n Play can be arranged upon request.

Other Things to Note:
- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $2000 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Kindly review our house rules before booking.

- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night, but spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!

- Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM.
