Coco Bay Estates is a large gated development located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal.  Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco.  Guests can access the development's Clubhouse which is home to a large pool, gym, tennis courts, and pickleball courts as well as a delicious restaurant, Sugoi. 

Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia.  Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation!

Villa Regio offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, making it an ideal home for families or groups. Each bedroom features ocean views and Smart TVs, while the open-concept main floor boasts vaulted ceilings and a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

We do not recommend renting this property without transportation from the house to the town and beach. Our team can help with discounted car rental rates, with airport shuttles and with golf cart rentals. There is parking for 2 cars in the covered carport, plus additional driveway parking
