o 10 PMâ8 AM local time: Please keep noise to a minimum. Cabo Rojo is a laid-back community, and our neighbors appreciate peaceful evenings.
2. No Smoking:
o Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may smoke on the front porch or back patio, but please dispose of cigarette butts in the outdoor ashtray (on the patio table).
3. No Parties or Events:
o We kindly ask that you do not host large gatherings or parties. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 2 children.
4. Safety First:
o Make sure all windows are closed whenever you run the AC.
o Do not leave children unattended on the balcony or near the grill.
o In the event of electrical issues or power outages, the breaker panel is in the utility closet (hallway next to the guest bedroom). If youâre unsure how to reset a tripped breaker, please contact us immediately.
o A first aid kit is located on the master bathroom.

After spending many years traveling and working in different parts of Central Floridaâs hospitality and workforce development sectors, I realized that thereâs nothing I love more than introducing people to the warmth and laid-back charm of our Caribbean way of life. In my free time, I enjoy exploring local art galleries, sampling authentic Puerto Rican coffee, and taking long walks along the nearby beaches at sunset. Hosting gives me the chance to share everything I love about this regionâits vibrant culture, its fresh cuisine, and its genuine friendlinessâwith visitors from around the world. My favorite part of hosting is hearing guestsâ stories after a day of beach hopping or strolling through Cabo Rojoâs colorful streets; it reminds me why I fell in love with this place in the first place.
