La propriété a été achetée en 2003 et la construction de la maison a été achevée en 2005.

La propriété dispose de près d'un hectare de terrain près du sommet d'une colline qui surplombe la baie naturelle de Boquerón et son village de pêcheurs, ainsi que la mer des Caraïbes. De superbes vues sur les montagnes environnantes et les espaces verts ouverts sont disponibles dans chaque chambre. La maison comprend 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes, une cuisine moderne avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement et tous les ustensiles et appareils électroménagers (tous en acier inoxydable) qu'un bon cuisinier appréciera. Chaque chambre contient un climatiseur mini-split pour offrir un confort tout en dormant dans ces nuits chaudes des Caraïbes.

Pendant la journée, en raison de son emplacement et de la topographie environnante, la maison est constamment entourée par les brises fraîches de la mer. Les portes de la grande salle s'ouvrent complètement pour permettre un sentiment d'ouverture qui met les occupants de la maison en contact avec les grands espaces ouverts et les vues qui entourent la propriété. La maison possède un jardin des Caraïbes en croissance constante avec de nombreuses fleurs délicieuses uniques aux îles et quelques arbres fruitiers jeunes mais à croissance rapide.

La maison se trouve au bout de la rue avec seulement des espaces verts ouverts sur la plupart des côtés. Le quartier est entièrement composé de maisons personnalisées, dont la plupart sont également des maisons de vacances pour les propriétaires résidant dans d'autres parties de l'île et aux États-Unis. De ce fait, le quartier est très calme et paisible, et les quelques voisins qui habitent leur maison toute l'année sont extrêmement sympathiques, courtois et serviables.

Après avoir passé quelques jours dans notre maison, vous comprendrez aussi pourquoi nous choisissons cet endroit très spécial, pourquoi cette maison est si spéciale pour nous et pourquoi nous voulons la partager avec vous.

This house and its location is awesome because IT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD. Not every place achieves this mark of excellence.Cabo Rojo has so much to offer.El Poblado, pristine beaches and more beaches, breakfasts at Criollisimo. Don't forget Marina Puerta Real is you are interested in a boat tour.

Relaxing location with amazing views

We were looking for a place in the Boqueron area, close to the beach but quiet enough to be able to work and also relax. This house provided what we were looking for and then some. Fantastic location, amazing view of the bay and let’s not talk about the sunsets. The balcony provided a perfect setting to enjoy the breeze, the view and the nature surrounding the house. Loved everything about this house (kitchen, laundry area, bathrooms, etc). The communication with the property owner was excellent and the one little issue we had with one AC unit was resolved fast. I highly recommend this house.

We had a fantastic stay! The home had everything we needed, offered an amazing view, and was located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We would absolutely choose this rental again!

Amazing Home

The house is in a great location with views, beautiful beaches and good restaurants nearby. Definitely lives up to the reviews and pictures. We did have one issue but things happen and the host was responsive. Easily our top choice for staying in Cabo Rojo going forward.

Beautiful, well equipped, family friendly estate

Centrally located to Boqueron beach and others on Puerto Rico's West Coast. We loved the neighborhood, which was a concern at first. The house was super comfortable great furniture and great outdoor access for sunset dinners. It was raining hard one night and it was nice to park the car under the house. The beds were all comfortable. Great temp controls. Too many other good things to list but there is a good reason this is a 5-star property.

Our experience at spacious Casa Etienne was awesome!! We loved the tranquil location and the breathtaking views. Communication was great with Mr. Arnaldo.. every time we needed assistance he would respond quickly. We sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommended!!

Beautiful Boqueron Dream House

This house was truly a dream to stay at! 5 minute drive to the beautiful Playa Buye, views of the ocean from the many balconies, everything we could need in the house, and very comfortable bedrooms! The host was very helpful when we needed guidance as well. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back!!!

Spectacular views and beautiful property

My experience echoes that of the other reviews read. The place was amazingly clean and had killer views. Being able to let the air flow through the house meant we never turned on the A/C. Very private setting at the top of a hill, end of a dead end road. There is n orally way to walk to a beach (or anything, really) but nearby Buye beach was just about perfect. There are a number of nice small villages and mini markets within an easy drive. In Boqueron we really liked the food at Roberto's Gastroteca.

Hilltop Sanctuary

This house is perfectly situated at the end of an exclusive neighborhood overlooking the sensational Boquerón Bay. The amenities are plentiful and up to date including a house alarm for safety in this pristine property. Beautiful breezes and stunning views found us gathering on the balcony every morning and evening. Location is key when looking for a place to call home when visiting PR. Casa Etienne has it all! Our communication from start to finish has been 5 stars with Arnaldo. He is prompt with responding and provided clear direction to make our stay seamless. Would we return to Casa Etienne? ABSOLUTELY. Looking forward to our next visit.

Enjoyed Our Stay!

This house is MASSIVE and had everything we needed. We were the first group to stay since the recent hurricane so the house sustained some minor damages but Arnaldo (home owner) contacted us before our stay and was very honest and transparent about the issues, he sent us pictures, and was understanding if we didn’t want to proceed with our booking. Since it wasn’t anything major we decided to proceed with our stay and glad we did. There was a small issue with the hot water on our first day but Arnaldo had someone come to the house the next day to fix it and made sure to communicate with me the entire time. It was a little hard to find the house because Google/Apple maps wouldn’t pull it up but we figured it out based on the instructions provided and help from some locals. Loved that he provides beach chairs and towels (and pretty much anything else you could think of) Overall very happy with our stay!

"The Butterfly House"

Our grandson refers to this beautiful property as the "Butterfly House" since there is such beautiful landscaping that does include butterflies sometimes. We have stayed at this house numerous times over the past 8 years and have never had a single problem. The house is stunning and is located on a small incline that overlooks the other few houses in the area. The view is amazing.....water, water, more water and beautiful sunsets. The area is very private and we have never even heard one single noise there. The inside of the house is meticulously maintained and has high quality furniture and kitchen supplies. We visit this area several times a year because of family. We have tried staying in other properties and none of them come even close to this house. Transactions are handled in a professional manner and the house is always sparkling clean. I could go on and on about the quality of this property. You will not regret staying there..."The Butterfly House" is Paradise!.

We live and work full-time in California, and enjoy traveling around the world, but every chance we get, we find our way to the warmth and the sun of Puerto Rico. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Been Native to the Island of Puerto Rico and knowing real well the different great get-aways in Puerto Rico is how we decided to buy and build our vacation home in this unique part of the island. As far away as you can get from San Juan, its traffic, and the crowds, we located in an area surrounded by great green open spaces, many of the greatest beaches of the island within minutes, near many of the great seafood restaurants of the west coast, and yet, close enough to some of the island largest cities for great fun activities at night, shopping, and site seeing.

The house is located near the top of a hill in nearly an acre of land with great views of the natural bay of Boquerón, and the Caribbean sea. Great views, continuously flowing breezes year around, open green spaces all around, quiet, peaceful, and private. These are the attributes that we value and those are the attributes our home embodies.
