Présentant un thème côtier rustique, «Réglage de la latitude» offre une palette de couleurs froides et côtières pour
améliorer l'humeur de quiconque. Assis à côté du bar fait à la main, prenez une seconde pour profiter de votre
apéritif et boisson préférés avant de vous aventurer dans votre restaurant local préféré. Si vous décidez de
restez dedans pour la soirée, rappelez-vous à «Réglage de la latitude», comme indiqué dans «5 heures
Quelque part ”au bar, ce temps est immobile et la joie règne! Permettre la gaieté
et la vivacité du décor pour devenir un état d’esprit lors de votre séjour aux Dunes 307.

Le lit King est décoré dans des imprimés tropicaux. Il y a une salle de bains principale pour votre commodité. Au bout du couloir, vous trouverez un ensemble de lits superposés dans le couloir, une autre salle de bain, ainsi qu'un lave-linge et un sèche-linge. Le condo dispose également d'un salon, salle à manger et une cuisine complète avec micro-ondes. Apportez vos k-cups pour profiter du keurig ainsi que de la cafetière goutte à goutte automatique. Les mises à jour de 2019 comprennent un nouveau sol en bambou, de nouveaux luminaires et de la peinture fraîche ainsi que de nouveaux plats, de la vaisselle, de l'argenterie, des casseroles, un mijoteuse une marmite, un mixeur et tous les appareils dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour pr��parer un repas pour votre famille.

Ce condo a un accès Internet. Great location

As birders, this was a very convenient location - ocean access was easy. Didn’t realize there were several restaurants nearby as well as a small grocery store.

Great condo- and a few things to note

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean and laid out well. The location is close to the end of Fort Morgan, so the beach isn’t too crowded. There are a few things guests should know:- These items are not provided: starter supply of shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, and hand soap in the kitchen. You’ll have to bring your own. That was disappointing, as these items are expected in vacation properties. - a very large house is being built between the condo and the beach. It blocks a lot of the ocean view and is very noisy during the days- even Saturdays and Sundays.- Both a regular and Keurig coffee maker are provided. There were a few filters but no other coffee items that we saw. - the property management company did not respond to our inquiry about the property after booking. They did check on us via text after our arrival.We would still highly recommend this condo, we just wish we’d been aware of the above prior to our stay.

Fantastic Stay!

The condo was very clean and well-maintained, it was the perfect size for two! The full kitchen had everything we needed and washer and dryer were even nicer than what I have at home lol. The location was very quiet and the beach very relaxing and felt secluded and private with only a couple other families during our stay. We could both walk and drive to the beach, which was nice if we wanted to bring a lot of things with us. The staff was always available and super courteous. We loved eating breakfast out on the balcony, it was a gorgeous view of the beach and Sand island lighthouse! The guest book was a super sweet touch, and we hope to stay again in the future.

It was well stocked, clean, comfortable, close to the beach, and has a pool. The keypad locks were very handy, and we didn't have to wait for elevators. The view is amazing! Dunes 307 is the best!

Quiet paradise

I have wintered in the south off and on for over 20 years. Florida, Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana and ALWAYS return to Alabama. I have enjoyed the years of excitement, fun, crowds and shopping of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and for the first time tried the solitude of Fort Morgan. I will be returning to this area until I am no longer able to travel or I run out of money. Whichever comes first. I love it.

The beach was clean and not over crowded. The location was secluded from the hustle and bustle of tourist traffic which was nice, but still close enough to drive into town for dinner. Communication with the property manager was wonderful. We will definitely be back for our next beach vacation!

Unit exactly as portrayed. Gorgeous. Access to beach not described well in description. Bed could use a memory foam topper. An extra garbage bag would have been great. Like 1 for each night rented. Same for dishwasher tablet. Indoor/outdoor pool and the hottub were fabulous and much appreciated. Loved the slow paced, less crowdedarea.

Affordable and nice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice and perfect for a small family. Although you can NOT see or hear the waves from your balcony you can see the beautiful view of the gulf, but it is a ways away. The walk to the beach was longer than expecting and golf cart trollies were not seen our entire trip. Kids loved the bunk beds, but they did not have railings that would prevent a fall onto the tile floor underneath. Master bed was very hard. Kids loved the swim through outdoor/indoor pool! Overall it was affordable and nice.

The condo was very clean, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the sheets were old. Check in is not until 4 and construction crews took most of the spots until 5. They also begin work very early so be aware. I was looking for a quick get away and went ahead with the rental even though the fees more than doubled my cost. Check your fees and Total before you sign the contract. We have had better luck before in Ft Morgan we just might choose a different company.

Wonderful Experience

The unit was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our four night stay. Sunset Properties was a delight to work with. From my first phone call to my last interaction, they were professional, helpful and a delight to speak with. I was very impressed with the way they provided info prior to my stay regarding the property and other useful info about my upcoming stay. While we were there, and after we left, I received another 2-3 emails that were asking if we got checked in ok, how the unit was, etc. I would highly recommend using Sunset Properties in the future. The unit itself provided a great place for a relaxing vacation. We look forward to our next visit!

Nice place, but far away from Gulf Shores activities

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was really disappointed that this condo was so far away from the rhythm of life that Gulf Shores provides its visitors.The condo was a little outdated; I wish the king bed was more comfortable. The pool area had some unruley kids that were very loud and their parents didn't seem to care; plus there was trash just laying around the pool area on two separate times I visited the pool. But the view!!!! The view from the patio was absolutely amazing and was the perfect cure for my life as a special education teacher from Fort Wayne, Indiana. I most likely will not stay here again because it was so far away from the "life" of Gulf Shores mixed with some of the minor, yet basic details that I look for in a home-away-from-home, but it did provide a lot of respite from my life as a single dad and special education teacher with a part-time job working with disabled adults.

Friendly vaca

Property is exactly want we wanted. Short walk to beach and close and low key options to food and site seeing. Wonderful to have management check on us periodically during our stay and knowing they were just a txt or call away if there were any issues.
