There is also a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and an outdoor sofa sectional. The covered courtyard area gives you an instant 'I am on vacation' feel. The high-end home gym with Peloton bike and treadmill allows you to keep your workout routine while traveling, and the game room with a bar adds so much value. Please note the backyard is NOT fenced in.

Guest Access:
The home is secured with a smart lock. You will be provided your personal entry code before your arrival. You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street.
