The home has been furnished and stocked by a well-traveled digital nomad based in Denver, so lots of thought and lessons from experience have gone into making a comfortable space that is ideal for working, living, relaxing, and exploring while in Denver.
Your Sunnyside home includes:
-Fully-equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary appliances and cookware (plus some!!) to whip up a home-cooked meal
-Comfy living room with a smart TV
-Dining area for four
-Breakfast bar for two
-2 bedrooms upstairs on main level with extremely comfortable queen beds, blackout curtains, closets with hangers,
-2 full bathrooms (1 upstairs with bathtub/shower and bidet, 1 downstairs with shower and lots of extra space)

Hi, Iâm Erin, your host! I live in Denver and am an entrepreneur. I love spending time with my tiny jungle dog Mali, hiking, eating out on patios, working in my gardens, and exploring new places by bike.
I am originally from South Carolina and spent much of my childhood traveling. While we were living in Europe, my family stayed at bed and breakfasts in other people's homes and I became enchanted with other people's spaces and customs and the idea of hospitality in another's home as a key component of exploring a new place. It was an incredibly enriching way to experience the world, and as I grew up I continued this style of traveling. In 2008, I moved to Costa Rica for a decade. While there, I managed a few different AirBnBs from posh hillside mansions to beachside retreats to a rustic treehouse in the jungle.
Now, here I am in Denver! While this home is no treehouse or mansion, it is a cute cozy oasis in an incredibly fun neighborhood named Sunnyside. I work here, live here, and play here. I love this area and hope that you will love it just as much as I do!

Sunnyside has a perfect mix of residential and business and a lot of friendly neighbors! It has a rich history as its own neighborhood and as part of the Highlands. It was once an orchard! The people who live and work in Sunnyside have worked hard to preserve its charming vibe and to preserve the diversity in the neighborhood as it grows. Community involvement, supporting local business, and making friends with neighbors - those are all values that the Sunnyside neighborhood embodies.

Comfort, location, good fiber internet, well stocked, It's an incredibly cute house with a very charming flow, nice bright light, and warm cozy feeling. The fenced-in backyard is large for Denver and the inside seamlessly flows to the outside for those classic beautiful sunny Denver days.
I value my sleep, cooking my own meals, being able to work with speed in a nice environment, and taking care of myself - so I've designed my home for exactly that!
