A lot of things broken and/or missing from the listing. When I spoke with the property manager/owner he stated that a house party was thrown 2 month ago that caused a lot to be broken. I believe if it was over 2 months ago they should be working on fixing these problems. When I spoke with the property manager/owner he stated he would stop by the house and then used the excuse it was over a 30 minute drive. A lot of answers to questions sounded like excuses with no real resolution. Did not look like the house was cleaned properly. House was supposed to be used for a group of 6 to spend Thanksgiving and couldnât utilize the dining table due to lack of chairs.
