Brian was an incredible host! Very helpful and friendly! Provided valuable information about the property, and gave us a lovely tour. Brian’s pets(Rosie and Clark) were the perfect addition to the property!! Brian was extremely responsive in answering texts and taking care of any requests. The pool area gave a resort vibe that we loved!! We will be back!!

Searching For A Hidden Paradise? Look no further!

What an incredible stay! This VRBO is an absolute hidden gem—truly one of our favorite finds ever. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d stumbled onto something special. Brian, the host, was hands-down the kindest and most thoughtful host we’ve met (and we’ve traveled a lot). He made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and stress-free.The house was gorgeous—full of laid-back beachy vibes that immediately put us in vacation mode. The pool and outdoor space were a total dream: sparkling clean, surrounded by tropical touches, and stocked with tons of pool toys that kept the kids (and let’s be honest, the adults too ) happily entertained for hours. The loungers/hammocks were comfy, and the whole space just felt calm and relaxing.Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Just 8 minutes to Manasota Key (our go-to spot for shark tooth hunting!) and about 10-12 minutes to Caspersen Beach. We came home with a bottle full of shark teeth and huge smiles.We’re leaving with full hearts and so many sweet memories—and already planning our next visit. This place is a true gem, and I’m so grateful we found it.

The host Brian told me when we arrived after traveling from Indiana with my children that the property was double booked and we could not stay. He communicated with me while driving to FL to “come anytime” and he would be there. He never once mentioned the double booking until we physically arrived. He told me that if he cancelled it would look bad so he wasn’t going to cancel, which caused us not to be able to use VRBO’s booking assistance program. Do not stay here. Brian is shady and unreliable, inconsiderate and crass. He should never be permitted to be a host. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had renting homes for vacations. I am appalled.
