My Rockport Harbor House has been my primary residence I am now planning on doing some traveling and spending some time in warmer weather for most of the year. I am looking for a winter rental October-May 2025. I am open to renting it out in the summer for shorter periods for a summer rate price of $13000 a month.

This house has beautiful wood floors, tons of natural light, a large kitchen with high-end appliances, and overlooks a .5 acre garden It has many lovely sitting rooms with the primary suite having a soaking tub, tiled shower, and balcony.

There is also a 1 bedroom suite that is not included in the rooms/bathrooms above that I rent out separately but could be available during this time. It has a separate entrance/exit.driveway with no shared space.

This property is located right in Rockport Village and less than a 5-minute walk to Rockport harbor, the new library, and Buachamp Point. This property backs up to a field with a frog pond and a local golf course.
