Located just minutes from Atrium Health and Novant hospitals, itâs ideal for medical professionals, patients, or visitors seeking convenience in one of Charlotteâs most charming neighborhoods.
This 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit offers 1,086 sq. ft. of space, including a full kitchen, kitchen nook, living area, and laundry room. The primary bedroom features one queen bed and a single person futon; the second bedroom includes one queen bed. Shared spaces include the driveway, front patio, back deck, and yard. Please note: To access the bedrooms, guests must be able to navigate a full flight of stairs. The sleeping areas are located on the upper level, which may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.
Guests can check in at their convenience using a secure smart lock system. A unique access code will be provided before arrival, allowing keyless entry without the need to meet in person. This makes check-in easy, contactless, and flexibleâperfect for late arrivals or varied travel schedules.
We respect your privacy but are readily available if you need us. Guests can reach out via phone, text, or the Airbnb app for any questions or issues. We respond promptly and are happy to assist remotely to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

Maintain general tidiness and avoid excessive clutter.
Store food properly and clean spills immediately.
Wash dishes promptlyâdo not leave dirty dishes for extended periods.
Keep bathrooms clean and dry. Regularly clean showers, sinks, and toilets.
Do not leave wet towels on furniture, rugs, or wood floors.
Use only ammonia-free cleaner on shower doors and mirrors.
Clean floors, countertops, and other surfaces as needed.
Use coasters under drinks and trivets for hot items.
Bag and dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins.
Do not allow food, trash, or water to accumulateâthis attracts pests.
Use ventilation to eliminate strong or lingering odors.
Leave all shared spaces clean and as you found them.
You may be charged for damage caused by neglect (e.g., mold, pests, stains).
The property may be inspected with notice to ensure compliance.

All trash must be bagged before placing it in the gray rollout cart.
Place the cart at the curb by after 6 pm on Tuesday, and retrieve empty bins on Wednesday.
Keep the cart within 6 feet of the curb and 3 feet from other objects.
Remove the cart from the curb by midnight after pickup.

Recycling is collected every other Wednesday.
Place clean, dry, and empty items loosely in the green cartâdo not bag recyclables.

â Not accepted: Plastic bags, glassware, scrap metal, shredded paper, electronics, or food.
