What a wonderful girls trip weekend at The Alibi Cabin. The cabin is beautifully decorated, very clean, organized and so very cozy. We spent most of our time in the pool. We enjoyed the hot tub and the screened in porch when it rained. The property is so very peaceful. It is the perfect place to get away and unwind. Highly recommend a visit.

My stay at the Alibi Cabin was amazing! The cabin itself was beautiful! I was so impressed how Emily had everything so organized! The cabin was decorated so beautifully! At the time of my visit the temperatures were hot and humid which made the pool so inviting! I was joined in my visit with family and friends and they couldn’t say enough about how much they loved and enjoyed their stay! I will certainly be going back! Was the most amazing cabin we have ever stayed in. Had an amazing time just staying at the cabin and made the most memorable vacation between swimming in the pool, making smores and family dinners. I highly recommend this place!

The cabin was what we expected and more! It was beautiful and clean. Emily, the host was so accommodating. Unfortunately it was too cold for the pool and hot tub but it was beautiful none the less. Honestly had the best weekend! Highly recommended!

Amazing Cabin!

I was so impressed by The Alibi! We have stayed at over a dozen cabin rental properties over the years and this was one of the best! The cabin is immaculate. The owners clearly put their hearts into every detail. The best part is the pool. It truly was a dream staying here and we plan to return!

This property was an absolutely delightful stay. We loved the hot tub and all the thoughtful and lovely touches the owners put into the cabin. My 4yo grandson, Kaiden, had a blast discovering all the rooms and "playing" hide and seek. The owner is extremely sweet and very quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed the games provided and the visitors book is a fun idea. Kaiden loved having the room to run around and burn off some energy before getting cozy in the daybed in the loft. Speaking of beds... they were sooo comfortable! Slept like a baby. All in all it was a great experience and we absolutely plan to go back.

5 stars is just not enough to give this cabin. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay from the check in process, the amenities and coziness of the cabin to the awesome owner Emily. Highly recommend! We are planning on visiting annually for our book clubs book-cation! See you in 2026 Emily

Lovely cabin. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wish the light on the porch would stay on. A little hard to play cards. And lighting out to the fire pit. Beautiful pool. Owner was more than accommodating. I feel like I have a new friend.

We loved staying at the Alibi! It was clean, loved the cabin decor, really nicely updated, secluded and peaceful...we loved feeling like we were in our own little slice of the country. Loved the pantry area to house/hide all of our items, bags, and crates, the ease of check in and out, the beautiful pool (which stayed incredibly clean - barely needed to clean it!). Our favorite time for the pool was late afternoon - the perfect way to cool off in the high 80s temps! We walked down the lane and on the trails, had bonfires, watched movies, and played games. We loved how it felt so secluded while still having amenities near by (Dollar General, a few other markets, and good food in Salem - The Rumpled Queen is a hidden GEM!). This was the perfect place for our two little families to relax, have fun, and enjoy the last bit of summer. Already thinking of when we could be back! Can't say enough good things about this place - it was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you!
