Nouveau chalet "fluffed" avec une toute nouvelle piscine!
Animaux acceptés avec cour clôturée, porche blindée et arrière plate-forme, Internet haute vitesse gratuit et WiFi. TV et DVD dans chaque chambre, à 5 pâtés de maisons de la plage 7th Street. Ce cottage est situé en face du conte de la sirène, ce qui en fait le "complexe de la sirène" idéal pour répondre aux besoins de nombreuses familles.
Stationnement gratuit dans la rue pour 3 voitures.
WiFi gratuit.
Âge minimum requis: 25 ans pour louer cette propriété.

Girls vacation

Overall the house was lovely. It provided space for everyone. It was close to the beach, dining and Savanah. If you want a true beach town, Tybee Island offers that and everyone in our party loved that ( great beach, no highrise buildings or fast food places).

Fantastic visit

The property was great! Well stocked with all essentials. Pool could have been cleaned, but overall we had a great stay. Convenient location. I would book again!

Cute house which fit 10 family members in total. Everyone had their own bed. Location was perfect for going to the beach. The small pool was also great for those days we wanted to relax. The house was cute and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming island cottage

A short walk (less than 5 min) to the beach, in the heart of Tybee Island. But with its charm, coziness and on-site pool, it is tougher to leave for the beach than you would think. Perfect for families that like time together and apart, the space is great and the finishes scream island life without being tacky. You pay for location but will not be disappointed in either property or location.

Great property for family

We loved this property. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the decor and flow for families. We had ages 6 to 70+ and all had a wonderful time with the beach nearby. The pool is very small but good for a plunge. Would recommend getting rid of the very scratched-up Teflon pans and upgrading to stainless for safety.

Great Girls Trip

2 friends with 3 kids had a great time at this house. Plenty of space for all and amazing screened in front and back porches. Only reason I can’t give this house 5 stars is that the porches were quite dirty. House was very clean though except stains on the carpet. Great location - just a 5 min walk to the beach! Quiet neighborhood and nice little pool! Would stay again!

Family time

Had a great 3 generation vacation. The size was perfect and had almost everything you would need. The only down sides were the outdoor shower was broken and the ice maker was too. Other than that it could use a overall refresh for the money that is being charged. But overall a very good experience.

Home Away From Home

The cottage felt more like a house. Very clean and creatively decorated and plenty of room (two screen porches) if one needs to have time by themselves. Short walk to the beach and grocery store, parking for 3 full size vehicles, and in a quite area. The upstairs where two bedrooms and bath was located was very cool, where the downstairs, was a struggle to keep cool. We brought fans which was a help at night.

Bachelorette/Birthday celebration

LOVED the location, the house was super cute! We loved our stay! The only disappointment was the bed/bedroom listings. The bed listed as a twin is more for a child, not an adult that is 5'3/5'4 or taller. Master bedroom is listed with a king-size bed and it is a queen. Guest bedroom 2 with the twin (not a twin) is also not a queen size bed, more like a double.

Great place on tybee island

This cottage what is a great place to stay on Tybee Island. The house is clean. There are many interesting little nooks and seating areas to enjoy. It is located in the middle of the island near the less Busy man busy mid beaches A short four blocks to the beach. We would definitely go there again. The only downside to the location was a rusty shower curtain rod This is managed by Tybee beach Vacation rentals. They did not answer questions we had about the pool or the house. Fyi the pool is not heated. Unfortunately we did not find that out until we got there. The rental company also did not give us their address for which to go pick up the information packet.

Laid-back Living

Okay, I didn't give 5-Stars on all the incidentals. However, I am giving this home an overall rating of 5. The front porch and the pool area had not been cleaned in what looked like... weeks, but this property is laid-back and charming. We celebrated my mom's 90th birthday here. The small pool was an added plus. The home is 2 short blocks west of the ocean and 2 blocks east of a small city park that was great for my 9 month old granddaughter. The park also has tennis courts that my family used several times. I like Tybee because it is one of the few places you can visit on the coast that hasn't torn down all the quaint homes near the beach and put up multi-million dollar monstrosities. Inside, the property was very clean and relaxing. We had a wonderful time and would definitely like to return to this location!

Cozy and charming

My family really enjoyed staying here. The house was dated but cozy and clean. We loved that we could walk to the beach each day. Knick knacks everywhere made me nervous with the kids but we made it through accident free. A few minor issues that property managers responded quickly to. Cable and smart TVs a plus with kids.

Nice property, we wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our short stay, we tried to stay an additional night or two, but the house was booked. While we had a few problems, they were remedied by us and help from the property manager's office. With the current virus crisis, we really stayed at the property more than previous vacations. The kids really wanted to stay another day, but the property was not available, and other properties that we looked at, that were available, had prices for a couple days that matched or exceeded prices we had paid for a rental house for a week for way less house!

Could Have Been Better

This was the third time we have stayed in this house so we have a good basis for comparison. The Good: Beautiful house; well equipped; great location, enabled great family memories. The Bad: Clumps of dog hair on the floor, food particles on dishes (we recleaned the dirty ones), pool light out, pool filtration system partly inoperative, no beach towels (had them in two previous stays at the same house). The Ugly: Killed four palmetto bugs (flying cockroaches native to the south) over the two weeks we were there. You don't have to post these comments as they are primarily directed at the management company overseeing rentals and property maintenance. The level of excellence experienced in the first two visits in 2015 and 2018 were lacking in the 2020 visit. Still had a great time but think the management company could have paid more attention to cleanliness and pool maintenance.

My Stay at Tybee Property 203 7th St,

The house was in a deplorable area. The owner should do some updating of the property. It had a smell to the house that wouldn’t go away even with disinfectant. I will never stay at this property again.
